Design and selections:
Our AKBD-credentialed designer prepares 3D renderings so you can walk the space before it is built. Selections happen in person at our Nokomis showroom, and you see and touch every door style, slab and fixture before it is ordered.
Permitting and construction:
Inside the city limits, permits go through the City of Bradenton; outside them, through Manatee County. We check the parcel rather than the mailing address. On the older homes near the river, opening a wall often turns up cast-iron drain lines or original wiring, and because we hold both the general contractor licence (CGC1541392) and the plumbing licence (CFC1434738), that gets solved in-house instead of stopping the job while a subcontractor is found.
