Remodeling your home is a significant decision, so we keep every step visible.

Free in-home consultation:
We come to the house, measure the space, listen to how you actually use it, and give you a realistic budget range before anyone talks about design.
Design, selections and community approval:
Our AKBD-credentialed designer prepares 3D renderings, and selections happen in person at our Nokomis showroom. Lakewood Ranch villages run design review committees with their own submission requirements, approved working hours and contractor rules — we prepare the drawings, specifications and insurance certificates each one asks for, and we build the approval time into the schedule rather than discovering it late.
Permitting and construction:
Most of Lakewood Ranch sits in Manatee County, but the southern villages fall into Sarasota County, so we confirm the jurisdiction from the parcel rather than the postal address. We hold both the general contractor licence (CGC1541392) and the plumbing licence (CFC1434738), so structural changes, plumbing and electrical are handled in-house.
