We are a licensed Florida design-build contractor: one team handles design, cabinetry, stone, tile, plumbing and electrical, and pulls the permit with Sarasota County or Charlotte County depending on where you live. Our showroom is in Nokomis, roughly half an hour north on the Trail.

How an Englewood project runs, start to finish

Remodeling your home is a significant decision, so we keep every step visible.

Free in-home consultation:
We come to the house, measure the space, listen to how you actually use it, and give you a realistic budget range before anyone talks about design.
Design and selections:
Our AKBD-credentialed designer prepares 3D renderings so you can walk the space before it is built. Selections happen in person at our Nokomis showroom, and you see and touch every door style, slab and fixture before it is ordered. For part-time residents we schedule construction while you are away and send photo updates.
Permitting and construction:
Englewood is unincorporated and the Sarasota–Charlotte county line runs straight through it, so two houses on the same road can file with different counties. We confirm which one your parcel sits in before submitting. On Manasota Key there is flood-zone review as well, and on an older structure a substantial-improvement analysis can be triggered by work smaller than a full renovation. We hold both the general contractor licence (CGC1541392) and the plumbing licence (CFC1434738), so structural changes, plumbing and electrical are handled in-house.
