Free in-home consultation:
We come to the house, measure the space, listen to how you actually use it, and give you a realistic budget range before anyone talks about design.
Design and selections:
Our AKBD-credentialed designer prepares 3D renderings so you can walk the space before it is built. Selections happen in person at our Nokomis showroom, and you see and touch every door style, slab and fixture before it is ordered.
Permitting and construction:
North Port is its own city, so permits go through the City of North Port building department rather than Sarasota County — a distinction that trips up contractors working down from the north. In Wellen Park and the other master-planned communities we also handle the design review submissions the associations require. We hold both the general contractor licence (CGC1541392) and the plumbing licence (CFC1434738), so structural changes, plumbing and electrical are handled in-house.
