Osprey is unincorporated, so we file with Sarasota County Planning and Development Services. In the gated communities we take care of contractor registration and access scheduling, and where a community has a design committee we prepare the drawings and insurance certificates it asks for. We hold both the general contractor licence (CGC1541392) and the plumbing licence (CFC1434738), so structural changes, plumbing and electrical are handled in-house.
