Selections happen in person at our showroom, so you see and touch every door style, slab and fixture before it is ordered.

As a Florida Certified General Contractor (CGC1541392) and Certified Plumbing Contractor (CFC1434738), we move the plumbing ourselves and pull the permit with your county or city, so there is one team and one schedule from demolition to the final walkthrough.

Because we are also the licensed builder, the design you approve is the design that gets built, with no hand-off between designer and contractor. We handle structural changes, plumbing and electrical in-house, and you get one contract, one schedule and one point of contact from the first sketch to the final walkthrough.

Selections you make in person

Selections happen in person at our showroom in Nokomis. You see and touch every door style, slab and fixture before it is ordered, and we tell you up front how long you will be without a kitchen.

Licensed and insured in Florida

Florida Certified General Contractor CGC1541392 and Certified Plumbing Contractor CFC1434738. We pull permits with Sarasota County, the City of Venice, the City of North Port or Manatee County depending on your address, and we prepare the drawings and documentation that HOA and condo design committees ask for.
